Concentrated (Evaporated) Milk – Industrial Grade

Evaporated milk is produced from fresh cow’s milk through thermal processing under high temperature and pressure. During this process, a portion of the water in the milk is removed, resulting in a concentrated product with a final volume approximately half or less of the original milk volume.
The outcome is a rich, full-bodied milk containing controlled levels of milk fat and total solids, while maintaining the natural flavor and nutritional value of fresh milk.

  • Minimum Total Solids: 25%
  • Packaging Type: Plastic bags and paper sacks with an inner plastic liner to preserve quality and prevent moisture or contamination.
  • Packaging Weight: 5 to 25 kg (customized for industrial and manufacturing use).
  • Storage Conditions: Store at a temperature between –18°C and –25°C, away from direct sunlight and strong odors to maintain product freshness and quality.
